A woman stands in between the blocks at the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe (Denkmal für die ermordeten Juden Europas). I was getting ready to take my shot as she stepped into the frame. To be honest I was quite annoyed that she stepped in and stopped to look at me, because I had been trying to get a 'clean' shot for a while. Afterwards this was by far the best shot of the day. Lucky me.
Fully zoomed in a Polish flag is clearly visible stitched on the woman's coat (shoulder). This gives it even more of a meaning since Polish Jews suffered so badly during the Nazi-regime.
