We set out to climb a couple pitches (about 400 vertical feet) of snow and ice (seen to the bottom-left), but as we neared the objective a small storm rolled in. We hung back and took pictures while the early morning storm burned off. I was glad I happened to have a telephoto, I rarely bring one on climbs.

We summitted Observation Rock to clear and sunny skies a couple hours later.
