This was a great hike with my wife up to Avalanch Lake in GNP. We left a little late, hoping for a sunset and a quick hike down as it grew dark. What we were met with instead was a huge rain and wind storm. I was only able to catch 5 or so shots, with 4 of them being too "raindroped" up to use. It was a battle of the elements for sure using my hat and tissue paper to stave off the rain. If you look close at the top of the falls farthest to the left, you can get a feel for how hard the wind was plowing via the mist flying from the top of the falls. Cheers.
