This is blue hen waterfalls, from my trip to Cleveland , and surrounding areas. The Fall foliage was at peak, and it was a a challenge to work the many different angles , and perspectives on this site. I was fascinated by the different rocks, tones, textures, and leaching rust! fall This image is NOT HDR, Long Exposure, Heliopan Polarizer , and i used GND reversed to allow me to properly expose the blacks ; low light, very dark roof of the cavern areas. Amazing the details, the rocks offer, and the different exposed minerals. Not sure why they call it blue hen, other than the water color itself on the actually falls. This shoot was quite difficult to compose, as just above the cavern a hole opens allowing he water to pour down, the problem though, is its looking up into the sky, thus highlights, and expose problems. so not sure what the group thinks of the crop just below the rim, i'll differ to the group, and await your comments.
