Shalban vihara (Sanskrit; Bengali: সোমপুর বিহার Shalbon Bihar) in Moinamoti, Comilla, Bangladesh is one of the best known Buddhist viharas in the Indian Subcontinent and is one of the most important archeological sites in the the last of 8th century,king Vobodev made the "Salbon Bihar" in this place.The digging started from 80th decades.Many archeological elements were found here.Most of them are kept in the Moinamoti Museum now.
