Milky Way stars and a partly cloudy pre-dawn (2 hours before sunrise) over the Grand Tetons, in Grand Teton National Park. Unlike most of my NightScapes, which are taken with a wide-angle lens, I chose to do somewhat of a telephoto view, using a normal, 50mm lens -- and showing only a portion of the Milky Way that would align with the Tetons.

Virtually all my NightScapes are ONE exposure (less than 30 seconds), and with very little Photoshop correction.
