I have done around seven trip to the Upper Blue Lake for taking pictures, and it was the good one. It's a hike of 3 hours with a slop of 40 degrees, who's bringing you at 6000 feet into an alpine bassin. The vegetation, threes and rocks are totaly extraordinary. The probleme of this area is this range of mountain have is own climat. You can start in the valley with blue sky, and arriving at the bassin with fog, rain or snow. This waterfall is not on the trail, you have to be carefull for going there,if you dont want have acold glacier water bath.........and that's what I had two time.......lol
