Shackleton Bomber Cockpit.

Decommissioned in 1971 it now lives at Gatwick Aviation Museum where volunteers look after it. One of the few with working engines.

Recently a Shackleton pilot who volunteers to show people around the plane pointed out a large button with a red 'N' and explained they were equipped to carry nuclear depth charges!
