The Mount Everest peak seen from the cockpit of Buddha Air Flight #102 on August 30th 2012 at 6:45 AM.

That's the other shot I really love from my trip to Nepal this year.

On the left Mount Everest with its peak on 8848 m (29029 ft), the South Summit, the Southeast Ridge and the South Col at the pass to Lhotse (8516 m / 27940 ft).

In front of them Nuptse with its 7 summits between 7861 m (25790 ft) and 7695 m (25246 ft), which enclose together with Everest and Lhotse the Western Cwm valley and the Khumbu Glacier.
