Yesterday was my first trip ever to the Los Angeles Arboretum, a beautiful sprawling 127 acres of tended flora and wild, roaming peacocks. While roaming the grounds, I came upon this tree of a sudden. I looked up, and there it was, gleaming in the slanting winters sun. It was quite a sight.
Yesterday was also a first, photographically, for me, as I tried my hand at HDR bracketed shooting. This is my first attempt, pretty much (one that I am happy with, anyway).
