The Fish Creek Wildlife Observation Site is a day-use recreation area in the Salmon River valley near Hyder, Alaska. It is operated by the U.S. Forest Service. During the chum and pink salmon spawning period in Aug. and Sept. Brown (grizzly) bears are frequently seen fishing in the creek. Hyder is just across the U.S./Canada border near Stewart BC.
