had quite a nice day after driving back from Hout Bay this morning, I landed up stopping off on Chapman's peak for almost two hours photographing crashing waves. I know its not the right time of day to shoot however, I figured I could make an exception seeing that it was slightly overcast at times; therefore no shadows. The scary part of it all is: Those boulders are massive, can you imagine the size of those waves? Not a place to hang around. It always amazed me to see the power behind each and every wave, so beautiful but yet destructive at the same time. This was a bit of a test however, instead of shooting RAW, I decided to shoot a few Jpeg's. In all fairness, I always shoot RAW, today was more of a mess around shoot as well as some me time on the mountain, time to think and appreciate the view. Anyway, I hope you like. I don't think I would want to shoot here too often though, bit to close to the edge of the cliff for my liking
