Rockefellar Preserve in NY is a magical place. With many miles of wooded trails, scenic overlooks, babbling brooks and streams, and plenty of old stone bridges its a photographers dream. Another positive is the amount of wildlife in the park, and since the people are a common site, typically skittish animals become much more approachable, like this white tail deer we found grazing just off the trail. She was totally unfazed by our presence and even posed giving me a cheek and some nice side lighting.
