winter till now, is unusual warm in our area.
Last Friday I went to a little lake nearby my home, to see if I can find something interesting. It was basically not a great weather for shooting, as we had awful strong wind, so even using my tripod, I wan´t very much happy with the results.....
Then I recognized the lake surface was covered only witha very thing layer of ice, nearly like glass. Due to the strong wind and some unfrozen areas on the water, there were very soft waves, that shifted the thin ice forward and back. With this little moves, the ice layers started to break and the next waves shifted the broken ice out of the water. This created a very interesting sound, and it looked fascinating.
