Lake Wanaka - New Zealand

I ended up going to this location on 3 occasions and each time I got something completely different and I'd have to say would be my favourite from the trip. After 2 weeks of getting up at crazy hours, my mind was a little confused and the alarm was always set to 3am as a little reminder to check forecasts and instead of catching a few more zzz's, I grabbed my gear and headed to Lake Wanaka.

The drive up through the Crown Range and down through the Cardrona Valley is an ex racers dream, if only I had a set of wheels to take advantage of this amazing stretch of road. One of the things that really stands out in New Zealand is the lack of Kangaroos, at first you drive all tense waiting for one of these Australian monsters to kamikaze across the road, destroying car and potential life but the only thing getting in the way are rabbits and at this time of the morning it's like a game Frogger a bit like the negative people in life, easily dealt with.

Anyway this is a 4 frame pano, two shots for the stars before sunrise and two more once the sun came up using my new flip system.

Thanks for all the comments, and inspiration.
