Sea water is being evaporated to produce salt in the traditional salt farm. There were herons lurking by the ponds looking for stranded fish. The pointed roofs are from a famous temple, providing interesting background. It was the worst time when this shot was taken: high noon on a bright, sunny day. The sky was blue, so was the reflection from the ponds. As an occasional tourist, I can’t stay and wait for the “golden hour”. This blue-tinted duo-tone conversion actually is quite close to my impression of the moment.
