I lived in Denver until 1983 when I moved to the Northwest. I used to spend a few weekends a year in Taos and Santa Fe N.M. When I took this photo of one of the reisdents at the pueblo ...... anybody was free to park inside and walk around a photograph the pueblo, church, and the residents cooking, making pottery, or standing in the compound. I now read, that the "Taos Pueblo is the only living Native American community designated both a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and a National Historic Landmark." The multi-storied adobe buildings have been continuously inhabited for over 1000 years. The photography fees today for a professional are $300.
This was a slide that I scanned and then created my final image with some digital art software.
