Kings Cross Underground Station, London, England

This was taken at the start of the day of mine and Mark Hepples photo walk. I often walk through this station on a daily basis but it is generally too busy to get any decent images without any people in it as its such a major hub but on a Saturday morning it was fairly quiet so before we went on the Piccadilly Line I took this image. I have been after this image for a while as I had this processing you see here I had in my minds eye for a while.

Anyway I took the image and we went off on the tube. I had a quick look at the image on my camera but then spotted something that I really don't like appearing in my images, especially when I take my symmetrical images like this, can you spot what I am referring to? However the more I sat and looked at it on my computer the more it became less noticeable so decided to process it.

Oh thanks for the response on my previous Shard image. I was surprised how much it got and I hope I was help to my fellow followers and photographers who are planning a visit up there soon, I look forward to seeing your images from up there.

Oh and in other news I can finally reveal the news that I have been keeping for the last couple of weeks (some of you may have seen this in the shops already) but I have had 4 images published in Digital Camera Magazine in the 10 things to do section. I was really chuffed as this is probably my biggest publication to date :-).
