Kurdish Bread...It has been baked for centrists same way..The Oven you see named Tendur in Kurdish some calls Tenur..It has been made wit red soil and water and dried for months.. Than placed in the hole filled with soil and hard mud with a hole goes out from button in order to get air while setting fire...For the bread they only use water,salt and flour..This kinda bread may refer different names at Middle east to India but baking style is similar..Some culture named the kind bread ``Lavash or lewaş`` But The bread you see in the image is not lavash..Lavash is very thin and wider..Yet Easier to baked..They Mostly use wooden to fire and it gives more taste ..Tenur is a very important part of Kurdish food history..They do not use only for baking bread but use it for cook the food, make ta,boil the water as well as heater fro the winter..
