This photo was taken out my front window which faces east towards the Northern Cascade Mountain range. Specifically, facing directly towards a Mountain called "Pilchuck" and these clouds are known as lenticular clouds, that are lens-shaped and form at high altitudes.
I have never seen anything like them before or since and was happy to be able to capture this shot. I used a EF 70-200lens and PP with Aperture and Nik Software.
Can you see the hands within the clouds?? They are grasped together. Well, that is just my eyes vision...
