This amazing Napali Coastline is something I never would grow tired of seeing or photographing. Ever changing and unpredictable.
Despite what looks like a wash of a day out on the water, it really was calm seas and only threatening skies. The Rain seemed to hug the cliffs and allowed me some nice dramatic skies to snap:)
The nice thing in the Islands is that even if it rains, it still paradise and usually clears up very fast.
I love the layers of the repetitive outcrops of the red-colored ridges from these cliffs that give them almost an unreal look. Again that terrific backdrop for major Hollywood films like King Kong.
I used my 24-70mm lens for this shot to get as wide as possible.
