Back in October 2011, there was a terrible flood in Thailand. Though Bangkok was hardly hit by it but there were some nights when the high tides from the nearby Chao Phraya River ran into the street in front of The Emerald Buddha Temple and The Grand Palace. Luckily, the water did not stay for too long and therefore it did not cause any damage to both sites.

I was out on the street on that particular night when I heard about the hide tide...to take this picture.

It was, by far, one of the pictures that I love most! Hope everyone enjoys seeing it!
