In Tuscany they make lot of pecorino Toscano (the Romans will say the pecorino Romano is the best, as do the Tuscan for their's, and the people of Sardinia will say the only good and real pecorino is the pecorino sardo ).
Anyway, in the south of Tuscany one can see a lot of flocks grazing sheep. Often they are shepherded by these dogs who do it almost on their own ... really smart and well trained.
