The Basilica Cistern is the largest of several hundred ancient cisterns that lie beneath the city of Istanbul, Turkey. The cistern was built in the 6th century during the reign of Byzantine Emperor Justinian I. And the cistern was used as a location for the 1963 James Bond film From Russia with Love. If you come to Istanbul, you should see this cistern.
