I live in Russia, in Siberia. Russia is a country with thousands of different nationalities and cultures. It's a huge territory with millions of so different people. Despite of this differences all little nations lived in peace and respect each other. We can see this during USSR times, for example. Nowadays, when USSR collapsed and Russian Federation appeared a lot of citizens from Uzbekistan, Tajikistan started to migrate in Russia finding job and more comfortable conditions of life. But Russian citizens, most of them, became more angry and aggressive to muslim culture and others not christian cultures. I am citizen of Russian Federation made this photo in "East style" as an appeal to be more friendly and cosmopolitan to each other, don't forget our history which includes thousands of little nations in one great country. Why did I make self-portrait? Because my roots are from Turkey, Greece, Uzbekistan and I am an example of multicultural person living in Russia.
