The Tower of Ladispoli Flavia is a Roman monument restored several times in the Middle Ages. In the sixteenth century it was rebuilt by Cardinal Flavio Orsini from which it takes its name and is still open despite the Allied bombing of 1943, which damaged it irreparably.
