After awful weather while testing the Fujifilm X100S for my day job, I got a chance to capture something a little more artistic with it over the Easter weekend while I was back in Suffolk. These were shot in and around Snape Maltings, a lovely place on the river Alde that was made famous by composer Benjamin Britten. I love the X100S’s retro charm, while its such a nice camera to use and shoot with. I adore the simplicity of it and images are stunning. I have to question why I cart a DSLR kit with me when there’s something of this quality that I can chuck over my shoulder.I also took the opportunity to use LEE Filter’s new Seven5 starter filter kit - a fantastic combination with the X100S.
