This is a picture I took several years ago when i was using an Olympus camera I loved.
It's a rolled awning striped by the light.

Togeter with my friends, we "build" a camera, in my student's apartment, as big as the bedroom.
Here the links to the explanatory images

We simply let a few light seep through the window shutter, which were almost closed.
The result is the upside down image of whatever there is outside the window.
I was studying Physics back then, so it was a fun experiment for me, like a naive discovery of the light paths and games all over again.
Not that cool, but quite fun.
On the links, the indoor and outdor images.

In particular, the rolled awning resulted striped in a funny way by the light.
The result is this picture, in a marble-like quality.

We spent quite a lot of time trying to imagine what the picture was representing, whether a long haired evil owl or an Arabian fighter.

I'd love to know what does it resemble to you (if anyone will ever red the description!)!
