The grains of India ...The first one in the center is mustard .It helps in digestion of food acting as catalyst. The two sides of mustard are dal which are rich in carbo hydrates .The powder which is on top right corner is turmeric which is an excellent antisepticand fights infection..the powder which is below is rasam powder which has ingridents of various spices chillies salt and helps in digestion of food..the black pulses which is beside the rasam powder is pepper and helps to act as anti-biotic as well as the spice of india .. the top left corner pulse is jeera and it helps to fight anemia and common cold as well as helps in digestion.. all these are main ingredients of indian lentil soup and rasam. They form the staple food for all the indians and it is very very tasty.
