Went back to Lake Folsom last week with a group of other photographers to capture the explosion of Lupine. Only to get there find 95% of the flowers were dead, so I went off to find something interesting. I then came across this scene. I waited till have after the sun had set and color had faded from the sky to allow the blues to show. My exposure was 3 seconds (which allowed more of the reds in the sky then I was able to see) f8, ISO 100, 10-24mm lens set at 10mm.
