A stiff wind and plunging temperature made for a cold sunrise scene at Abraham Lake one November morning. Mist billowed up from the lake surface, still clear of ice. The rocks held their place, but the water, mist and clouds – barely warmed up by the pale, pre-dawn light – were whipped into long lines and swirling shapes. Fun times, if I could keep the camera steady!
