This is the first waterfall on Berowra Waters Creek, about 10 minutes walk along the Great Northern Walk from Boundary Rd at Cherrybrook. Not only does it appear to have no official name, but Google Maps calls the creek Erowra Waters Creek. These falls are also special because you can easily access and shoot from behind the water.Anyway, I had been waiting for some heavy rain in Sydney to shoot this drop, and I took the opportunity when it arrived after several months. On this particular day I had only purchased the Canon 1Ds Mark III a few days beforehand and I was still coming to grips with this awesome tool. Wasn't counting on the ELEVEN leeches on my legs by the time I got back home though! This is the 5th or 6th photograph I have published from this one shoot, so the leeches were perhaps worth it. Maybe.
