To be standing where the great Ansel Adams stood, and to see what he saw, is nothing short of a blessing. The iconic pic of Ansel though was taking later in the day. I clicked this just after sunrise on a day where there was not much hope of any cloud clearing . As a result there were not may photographers in this spot. Once the clouds cleared a breathtaking scenery started unfolding - the low mist , light hitting the trees along the banks of snake river. The different hues of color exhibited by the clouds - it was a magical moment for me, I have seen some good sunrises, but this one was magical.
