The old boat man saw the sun bid one more glorious adieu to India's eastern Capital, Kolkata at the Outram Ghat near the Vidyasagar Setu. He uttered these words of real wisdom. He told me that our life is as transient, as the lantern & the fading, flickering, brilliant reds & pink in the twilight sky. All three have to fade away at a certain point in time, with darkness taking over. Surprisingly all of them, rise again soon, albeit in a different phase, a different mode at a different time."Life is transient & yet ongoing!" Comforting words those!
