St. Cruz, Galapagos Islands, Ecuador, South America
Due to a student exchange I stayed 9 weeks in Ecuador and in the last week before our return we flew to the Galapagos Islands, as we would never be that close to them in the next few years.
We decided to talk a walk in the afternoon & luckily I took my tripod with me. Shortly after sunset we came to a beach where I saw these rocks being washed round be the incoming high tide.
This is a 30s exposure, showing the rocks how they are covered by water and some seconds later without water around them. That makes this kind of foggy effect.
I love this shot sooo much, its even hanging in my livingroom
