Our last sunrise before heading back to Namche Bazaar was a success. The fog lifted quickly and the view in many directions was stunning. Sadly when looking towards Ama Dablam and the Everest range you were looking into the sun and it was quite hazy still, so detail was hard to capture, however flipping around the other way, Thamserku was towering right above us at Tengboche and the morning light was hitting the north eastern face at a fabulous angle. Throughout the trek we could frequently see Thamserku and his brother Kangtega and became one of my favourites in the region of the ones I had not heard of prior to the trip. At 6600m, it's hard to miss...
