Once upon a time, in a not so distant galaxy, there lived a cook. His name was Romeo. The dude was famous for his stews and quiches and stir-fries and all kind of veggie concoctions with complicated Italian names. Well, it so happens that one day, Long-Legs-Juliette stopped inside his kitchen and said, “Oh, Romeo, your soup is like no other’s—Steamy&Yummy!” Romeo’s knees quivered, he fumbled with the ladle in his hand, and finally said, “I’d love to stay in touch, I mean, I could share my culinary tricks with you. Like… I’ll show you how to slice a zucchini...?” “Oh,” she said, “that would be glorious—here’s my phone number. I’m quite a textmessage addict these days, you know,” she said with a wink. Then she gave him a hug, and vanished. Romeo got uber-excited. He started texting and texting and texting, like there was no tomorrow. Like one text per day for the next 6 months, I kid you not. His soups grew cold, his fingers hurt, and his imagination ran dry. But… not one single three-word textmessage came back from LL-Juliette. Nada. Zilch. 6 months of solid silence. To make a long story very short, attached you can see a tableau entitled “The Revenge of Romeo-the-Cook.”
