I hiked into the Tonquin Valley last weekend in hopes of getting some fall shots of the epic Ramparts Mountain Range. Unfortunately, I was met with snow and heavy clouds and didn't even manage to get a good look at the Ramparts!

On the bright side, wet and overcast conditions are perfect for shooting the forest floor so I tried to make the best of it. This was taken about 10km from the trail head. The foliage was still ultra green and there was a hint of fall color coming through.

Thanks for looking and I hope you enjoy.
