This shot was taken at the beach next to the Jökulsarlon glacier lagoon in Iceland.

The icebergscome from the Breiðamerkurjökull glacier, which is melting away. After breaking of the shelf they float around in the lagoon and are taken away to the sea through a canal- where the waves throw them back on the black lava beach.

Since about 60 years there is this touristic attraction of mere beauty, but on the other hand it´s bit sad to know that in some hundred years there will be very little glacier left, but a huge lake...
