The week before last Walter and I headed out to find a place I had shot when I first got started in photography. I had been driven there and really didn't pay too much attention to directions back then so it was a little challenging to try and find the place in the dark 4 years later. I took a couple wrong turns but luckily for me I left super early and made it with plenty of time to spare. Sunrise was friggin gorgeous about 500 ft to the right of my frame but hey, what can you do? We ran into world famous Jordan Ek and Scott Smorra this morning who I had thought were hunters wading in the marsh . I was freezing that morning so I know they had to have been cold. Colors weren't quite peak and I didn't make it back out this weekend but I'm happy I got something.
