Belyash - is the name of the Tatar reball extended in Russia. It is a fried pie from fresh or yeast dough with mincemeat, the round form.

In olden days them did with a stuffing of small cut boiled meat, fried on oil in kazan (cookware) and submitted by a breakfast with a strong broth.

Boortsog or baursak - is traditional dish of nomads-cattlemen of Central Asia, and also the Bashkir, Tatars, Uzbeks, Kazakhs and Uigurs in the form of small donuts (round or square), produced by a frying in hot fan in kazan. As a rule, prepares from fresh or yeast dough. Baursak is indispensable attribute of a festive table.
