A well known scene in the NW. Despite it being a commonly photographed waterfall it is still a fun challenge to shoot because you have to stand thigh deep in the water to see it from this perspective. Smart folks wear waders, but Glen from Australia was game to try it in February with rolled up pants and bare feet and I was happy to join in. Pain, then numbness followed by great exhilaration when you haul out. It is a stunning scene made even better by the experience.
