An aerial view of the Napali Coast on Kauai, Hawaii.

The white circle that you see in the LRH corner is known as the open ceiling cave. This cave is actually a hollowed-out lava tube, and may have served as a place where ancient Hawaiians could rest in their canoes when traveling along the coast. During the summer time (when the swells are more reasonable), visitors can actually go in the cave in zodiacs--super cool!
