Featured in this photograph is the most futuristic looking infrastructure in the Middle East, the awe inspiring Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. I took this photograph on the busiest stretch of this road during the rush hour. More than 50,000 cars pass though it in just 2 hours!
Although this angle of this photograph suggests it was captured from the aircraft, I actually took it from 58th floor of a strategically placed skyscraper few kilometers away which is perfectly lined up with the middle of the road. Telephoto lens compressed the perspective which attenuated the effect of the traffic and the overall density of the structures on both sides of the frame.
This panoramic view was stitched from 2 vertically oriented photographs.
I used Canon 60d with Canon 70-300mm lens.
