Qushquluk, or "Qush", is an American Bald Eagle who resides at Raptor Education Group, Inc (REGI) in Antigo, WI. She was rescued from the 1989 Valdez Alaska oil spill by world renowned avian biologist, Marge Gibson. Having lost her mate and a portion of her wing in the disaster, Qush became one of the very first education birds at REGI and has helped to educate countless members of the public on the valuable role played by raptors in our ecosystem. Qush is believed to be in her mid-50's making her one of the oldest know captive Bald Eagles in the world.
