Paper Cranes for Japan// Grullas de Papel para Japón

Cranes are considered sacred creatures in the Japanese culture. There is an ancient legend that says that anyone who folds a thousand origami cranes will be granted a wish by a crane.

Paper cranes have become a symbol of peace and hope. It's believed that they impart good health, prosperity and a long life for the recipient.

You can help the affected families of the Earthquake and Tsunami in Japan by making a donation to the American Red Cross

But if you can't make a monetary donation, you can make an origami crane to send support, or you can just keep Japanese brothers in your thoughts and prayers. That helps too! ♥
