One of the numerous buildings deep in the forest at Tikal national park, Flores, Guatemala. Tikal was the capital of a conquest state that became one of the most powerful kingdoms of the ancient Maya. The monumental architecture at the site dates back as far as the 4th century BC and it's definitely the best Mayan archeological site I've ever seen, cannot be compared to any other like Palenque, Copan or Chicen Itzà.
