Have a great Monday!
This is another shot from my series "Night is all about Light".
I took this picture last January in London on a really cloudy night. The low clouds were diffusing the city lights and produced these amazing colors in the sky and the Thames. That's the magic of Winter nights when drizzle diffuses the surrouding lights in all the directions and the thick cloud layer retains them.
I tried to focus on the composition including on one side the wooden Pier and the small "beach", giving a large part for the Thames to show its beautiful reflections and the St Paul's Cathedral fully lit by huge light beams crossing the sky and breaking the clouds.
Another picture of this series would be "The London Iris" that you can see at:500px.com/photo/6487370
