I never decided to make returning here repeatedly a habit, but I keep talking myself into coming back again to this rocky little beach at Garrapata State Park. It is nice to really get to know a beautiful place under different conditions -- you start to understand her personality. This was right after a spring storm had passed through the central coast, and the sky to the west had opened up at just the right time. The water motion in the foreground actually isn't from the ocean, but instead from an ephemeral creek that ends here.
I would have liked to have gotten closer to the sea stacks but with the storm swell it was all I could do to keep my camera from getting soaked... and I failed at that after few minutes! Comments and critiques are greatly appreciated!
