After getting up at 4:30am to shoot sunrise at the tulip farm, I discovered the sky was socked in with clouds. I wanted desperately to go back to bed and sleep more. In fact, I did crawl back into bed and chalked up the day to a bust. However, after about 5 minutes I started kicking myself for being lazy and I won't get any photos unless I'm out and behind the camera. So, I got up and headed to the fields. The bonus of an overcast sky is that I got some nice even light on the tulips and was able to snag a few macro shots that I like.
